A Simple Overview of Mobile Phone Costs

The ECS InsightHub is an online portal that allows companies to clearly evaluate and analyze their mobile phone costs. The data comes directly from the mobile service providers’ bills and is presented in clear charts and tables.



 

Through the portal, companies can analyze costs, usage, and calls, as well as generate reports and export them as Excel files. Additionally, the system supports invoice processing and export to formats such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. Employees, cost centers, or companies can be entered into the system and assigned to individual phone numbers. This allows mobile phone costs to be analyzed and allocated according to their source.



 

Access is provided via a secure online portal with a personal user account. Billing and call data are transmitted securely and automatically deleted after specified retention periods.
